The conference will be held in the "Salón de Grados", located in the Faculty of Science and Technology in the University of the Basque Country, Leioa.

- A2318: The bus stop is located next to the EITB building.
- A2324: The main bus stop is located outside the Indalecio Prieto Train Station (Hurtado Amezaga Street). The bus stops in Abando, Moyua, Deusto, Sarriko and San Ignacio neighbourhoods in Bilbao.
- A2314: The main bus stop is located outside the Indalecio Prieto Train Station (Hurtado Amezaga Street). The bus stops in Abando, Moyua, Deusto, Sarriko and San Ignacio neighbourhoods in Bilbao and other towns in Bizkaia near the University.
- A2321: The main bus stop in located in Enrique Ibarreta (Santutxu) Street. One of the bus stops is in front of the Bilbao Occidental Hotel**** (see accommodation).
